Director of Program Compliance, Data, & Licensing
Kristen Clark works with Switchpoint teams statewide to provide multi-program training, write and update program policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with state data, grant, and licensing requirements.
Kristen was drawn to this work after recognizing that traditional systems often kept people in homelessness instead of helping them out of it. She wanted to be part of building a better approach that empowers families to own their success. Seeing clients thrive through the Switchpoint model is what motivates her every day.
Professionally, Kristen is proud of creating and developing programs from the ground up that are now being shared statewide. She loves watching people succeed and thrive, and she brings energy into her work. Kristen has been with Switchpoint for 11 years now and is coined as the third official employee of the organization.
Outside of Switchpoint, Kristen enjoys being outdoors, singing, dancing, and spending time with her family. Her varied work experiences have given her a unique perspective on the many struggles people face, but above all, she credits her ability to authentically care about others as the key to her success in this role.
