Jeff Quayle oversees all aspects of real estate procurement and facility development at Switchpoint, ensuring that each project supports the organization’s mission and community impact.
With years of experience in property development and project management, Jeff was drawn to Switchpoint because it offered the chance to apply his expertise toward creating meaningful change in people’s lives. He takes pride in leaving every project or organization in a better place than when he arrived.
What Jeff loves most about Switchpoint is knowing that every project he helps build directly supports people in need and strengthens the community.
Originally from Huron, Ohio, Jeff is an avid two-wheel enthusiast. He has owned landscaping and construction companies, built out a property management business, and consulted in project management. Jeff also holds a General Contractor’s license with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL).
