Emergency Shelter
A safe place to stay should never be out of reach. Across Utah, our emergency shelters provide immediate relief for individuals and families with nowhere else to go. But we don't stop there. From the moment someone walks in, we focus on helping them find a path toward permanent housing, stability, and hope.
Meals & Food Access
Hunger doesn't wait. Every day, our kitchens and pantries across the region provide warm meals and essential groceries to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Whether it’s one meal or a week’s worth of staples, we meet people where they are, with dignity, compassion, and no questions asked.
Case Management
Everyone’s story is different, and so is their path forward. At Switchpoint, case management is more than paperwork, it’s a relationship. From urgent needs to long-term goals, our team walks alongside each client to build personalized plans, break down barriers, and stay connected every step of the way.
Employment & Job Support
Stability means more than shelter, it means purpose, income, and the chance to build something lasting. Switchpoint connects clients with job leads, training referrals, resume help, and work-readiness support tailored to their goals. Whether it’s a first job or a fresh start, we help open doors to employment that fits real life.
Mental Health
Mental wellness is vital to long-term stability. Switchpoint connects individuals with licensed mental health professionals from the community, provides free on-site programs at several locations, and helps clients access government-supported services. Whether someone needs therapy, recovery support, or simply someone to listen, we're here to walk with them through it.
Childcare
Reliable childcare is essential for parents working toward stability. Switchpoint offers childcare support to qualifying families through referrals and case-managed coordination. We also operate a licensed childcare business that serves the broader community—generating revenue that powers our mission while ensuring working families have a safe, trusted place for their children to grow.
The solution to homelessness is housing.
Switchpoint develops and manages deeply affordable, long-term housing options across the state. From apartments to tiny home villages, our communities are designed to offer more than a roof. They provide connection, dignity, and a real path forward. Residents work with case managers to maintain stability and rebuild with confidence.
