Bob Nicholson earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin and dedicated 46 years to public service as a professional city planner in Utah. Over the course of his career, he worked with several municipalities, contributing to thoughtful growth and long-term community development.

He served as the Community Development Director for the City of St. George for approximately 28 years, where he played a key role in guiding the city’s planning and development before retiring in 2016.
